This is a traditional marble cake! Remember though your cake does not need to be Vanilla. strawberry, chocolate, it could be vanilla, mint, chocolate, or vanilla, hazelnut, coconut.... the possibilities of flavours and colours are endless.

Slices

 My signature slice is a Coconut based slice that is egg free. This can be made dairy free too by substituting the milk for coconut milk.

When made with coconut milk this slice is "bench stable" this means it is perfect to take to picnics, BBQs or anywhere where the slice might be sitting out of the fridge. (Obviously not in extreme heat conditions!)

Almost a shortbread, these piped cookies are spectacular! A slight almond flavour gives these little "melt in your mouth" delights a wonderful distinctive flavour. They come plain or can be decorated with chocolate. Sprinkles can be added to tie into any theme.
